Preview The exact sold-comp/Google Lens check and the never-one-platform cross-list rule she runs every single time.
What's the deal, family.
I've got two rules I do not skip, ever, no matter how tired I am or how late Uncle Stevie and I get back from a haul. Let me lay them out plain.
Rule one. Never guess, always verify. Before anything gets a price, I check eBay sold listings for that exact item or the closest thing to it. Sold, not active, because active just tells you what somebody's hoping for. If I don't recognize what I'm holding, brand, model, whatever it is, I pull out my phone and run Google Lens on it right there. Two minutes, tops. That's what turned a $5 camera into $100 instead of me pricing it off a guess.
Rule two. Never list on just one app. The second something is verified and priced, it goes up on Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and eBay, all at the same time. Not one, then wait, then maybe the other two later if it doesn't sell. All three, same day. Different buyers live on different apps. Somebody local wants to grab it same day off Marketplace. Somebody else only shops eBay. If I only post one place, I'm cutting out buyers before they ever see it.
I built the Vault Flip Method around these two rules because they're the actual reason my flips work, not some secret sauce, not luck. Source cheap, verify before you price, cross list everywhere at once, then negotiate and flip it fast. If it's not broken, I'm not going to fix it. If I can make some money, I'm going to make it.
Here's a real one. That TV I picked up at a yard sale for $35, I checked it before I priced it, cross listed it same day, and it was gone same day too for $220. That doesn't happen if I sit around thinking about which one app to try first.
On September 13 I'm going to walk you through this checklist item by item, live, using stuff sitting in the vault right now.
7pm EST. Come see the checklist in action.
Keep hustling, staying positive.
